Our Process
1. Prior to your Initial Meeting
We recommend you collate a scrap book of photographs or magazine clippings of ideas, facades, homes or themes that appeal to you. This can be a physical scrapbook or a Pinterest Board.
Collect any existing surveys, copy of title, copy of full purchase contract, planning certificate (10.7) or other information relevant to your build.
2. Initial meeting
A ‘round-table’ discussion of your needs and requirements (bring in all the above information if you have it).
Discuss design, specifications and budget.
Meet the team.
3. FREE Concept Design
Preparation of a detailed survey of the site by a registered surveyor if required.
Liaise with local council.
Obtain a sewerage diagram.
We visit your site to inspect and take photos.
Create a design brief in line with your budget.
Initial concept design drawings presented to you and discussed.
4. FREE Quotation
Concept design drawings revised if needed and approved.
Initial quotation given including site costs / service connections, etc. No hidden costs.
5. Tender Acceptance / Development Application / Construction Certificate
Architectural drawings prepared.
Statement of Environmental Effects prepared and submitted.
Site Management Statements prepared.
Nathers & Basix statements prepared.
Notification plans prepared and submitted.
Bushfire Report prepared.
Shadow Diagrams prepared.
Structural Design prepared.
Obtain Waterboard or Mine Subsidence approval if required.
Lodgement of application with Local Council or Principal Certifying Authority.
