Collect any existing surveys, copy of title, copy of full purchase contract, planning certificate (10.7) or other information relevant to your build.
A ‘round-table’ discussion of your needs and requirements (bring in all the above information if you have it). Discuss design, specifications and budget. Meet the team.
Preparation of a detailed survey of the site by a registered surveyor if required. Liaise with local council. Obtain a sewerage diagram. We visit your site to inspect and take photos. Create a design brief in line with your budget. Initial concept design drawings presented to you and discussed.
Concept design drawings revised if needed and approved. Initial quotation given including site costs / service connections, etc. No hidden costs.
Architectural drawings prepared. Statement of Environmental Effects prepared and submitted. Site Management Statements prepared. Nathers & Basix statements prepared. Notification plans prepared and submitted. Bushfire Report prepared. Shadow Diagrams prepared. Structural Design prepared. Obtain Waterboard or Mine Subsidence approval if required. Lodgement of application with Local Council or Principal Certifying Authority.
Review DA conditions. Obtain Construction Certificate. Sign Contract and pay initial deposit.
Construction period commences. Project completion and handover.
