Collect any existing surveys, copy of title, copy of full purchase contract, planning certificate (10.7) or other information relevant to your build.
A ‘round-table’ discussion of your needs and requirements (bring in all the above information if you have it).

Architectural drawings prepared.
Statement of Environmental Effects prepared and submitted.

Nathers & Basix statements prepared.

Obtain Waterboard or Mine Subsidence approval if required.
Lodgement of application with Local Council or Principal Certifying Authority.
Review DA conditions.
Obtain Construction Certificate.
Sign Contract and pay initial deposit.
