Constructed on a “corner” block, the home design presented a rare opportunity to showcase the front and side aspects, with significant attention given to the roofline, gables, angles, window trims and window placement.
The kitchen oozes character. From the Hamptons door profile and handles to the mantle featured over the freestanding gas cooktop and oven. You are transported to another time and place.
An oversized sunken ceramic sink is decorated with an ornate country style sink mixer to complete the look.
The bathroom was certainly not overlooked, featuring a stylish freestanding bath and pedestal basin, sadly something we don’t see very much anymore.
The home features a 2750mm floor to ceiling height, together with oversized bedrooms giving the owners a sense of space and light.
A beautiful blackbutt timber flooring was selected for throughout the home, flowing onto a stunning spotted gum front patio and rear alfresco.
